Minimum 2 week rental.Rates subject to 12% Sales Tax. One-time departure cleaning fee $130. Our unit is furnished with the basic household items necessary for normal living. A $300 ADVANCE RESERVATION DEPOSIT is required to confirm reservation. A 50% OF BALANCE IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. The $300 Security Deposit is returned after departure, less damages. A 60-day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to assure a refund. Renters are responsible for the full time period reserved. Rates and tax subject to change.
